My background includes extensive experience in Construction Development & Management, knowledge of CAD, and regulatory compliance, allowing me to develop and lead projects seamlessly from concept through completion. I have successfully spearheaded multiple projects, consistently delivering on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated exceptional leadership in organizing and managing diverse teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance. Ghulam Masoom Kamal

I am a Senior Structural Engineer with 20 years of experience in the design of steel, concrete, wood and masonry structures, underground earth and water retaining structures, commercial, institutional, industrial buildings, bridges, transmission antenna towers, Wind Mills, Pre-Engineered Structures, oil tank foundations, Deep Foundations (drilled shafts/caissons), Steel/Wooden Porches and 3D space frames. I have experience and working knowledge of ACI, AISC, IBC, ASCE7, BOCA, UBC, AASHTO and many other local, and national building codes and standards. My technical knowledge include analyzing and designing complex building and bridge structures using 3D FEA programs such as SAP2000, STAAD PRO, RAM STRUCTURAL SYSTEM MDX, DCALC, ANSYS, RISA 3D, ETABS, SAFE, PCA programs and many other engineering software and tools including MathCAD. Additionally, I am conversant with the latest CAD software and systems including AUTODESK & BENTLEY products. My experience also includes the inspections of various types of existing buildings and bridge structures.
