Building today for tomorrow.

Data Center Development

One project. Three distinct perspectives.
This review package connects the investor, proposed-tenant and construction-cost presentations to the supporting detail for each visual. The working concept is a wholesale-capacity facility, not an established operating campus or a GPU-compute business.
Source basis: September 9, 2026 planning package · Not independently re-underwritten.

What is established

The original feasibility presentation and the Rev B decision model provide a consistent planning framework. They do not establish ownership of a parcel, allocated utility capacity, a signed tenant, financing, permits or a contractual service date.

Keep the business models separate

Facility capacity rent is the working revenue model. Tenant compute, storage, active networks and software are separate unless expressly transferred by contract. Selling GPU-compute services would require a different operating and investment model.

Keep the four cost scopes visible

Base facility, additional on-site energy, tenant IT and remote recovery are separate scopes. Solar, extended battery storage, a prime-power plant and remote recovery are not silently included in the base facility figure. Unpriced does not mean zero.

Publication status

This is an internal-review website prototype. No website has been changed or published. The graphics are conceptual illustrations, not photographs of an ECM-owned site or engineered layouts. Investor material and detailed security information require a separate publication decision.
